DocuXplorer update notifications are automatically provided as a value-added benefit of the software.

Customers with a current subscription licenses will receive the update automatically if the Auto Update feature is turned on. To ensure that the Auto Update is active, select Tools | Options | Administrative and select "Computer name that should check for program updates as startup".

New Features

1. Added the ability for annotation changes in font, color, size, etc., to set as defaults when creating new annotations of the same type

2. Users can now create favorites for selected Cabinets, Drawers, Folders and Documents on the Desktop Library Tree can be easily viewed and retrieved

3. Added a smart window position manager that automatically shifts a window to the active monitor if the current window position is hidden.

Resolved Issues

1. Removed "Operation Aborted" message received when canceling a user login

2. Fixed file locking problem when saving large files in batch

3. Fixed file types that can be loaded into the tiff document viewer

4. The document viewer for tiff files, as well as when entering page numbers for navigation, now functions properly

5. Tiff documents now print without the right side of the file getting cut off

6. Fixed persistent settings for document viewers

7. Sybase Winsock error has been resolved when uploading large files to a database of 50mb or greater

8. Import engine email process has been fixed
